Abut US - Management - PHYLLIS SCOTT

Phyllis Scott has worked for ExecuTrain from August of 2005 to the present. Phyllis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration/Economics and a graduate degree in Public Management. Prior to her employment with ExecuTrain, Phyllis had been employed by local government entities.

Phyllis has managed, trained and developed contracts and project plans for software and construction development for municipalities, school districts, transit agencies and private companies.

Phyllis has a broad range of teaching experience. Her skills range from software user training, technical and business analysis and customer service training. In addition she is an adjunct faculty member at two local area colleges teaching Business and Technology courses.

Her experience includes the following but is not limited to :

• Developed project tasks and time management plans to improve efficiency of service and  resources. 
• Presented project plans to staff, project teams, clients and partners. 
• Performed analysis of data and programs using regression analysis, PERT and other statistical tools.
• Coordinated design and analysis of new software development and software conversion. 
• Developed and maintained user reference documentation manuals; technical programming reference documents, and developed on-line software reference help files.
• Prepared and/or respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s, and professional service contracts.
• Develop project scopes and feasibility reports
• Used software tools to prepare financial reports, perform fiscal management, budget control and accounting tasks.
• Trainer/Instructor of software, business skills and business economics.
